SimpleMap

I’m on the mend from my bout with H1N1, and I’ve finally caught up on all existing SimpleMap support requests on the support site. From here on out, I will be checking & responding on the support site every Wednesday evening. There will be times when I support on other days of the week, but Wednesdays will be the for-certain scheduled support times. That is to prevent the buildup of unanswered support requests, like what happened throughout December.

Hi folks.  Alison has asked that I give you all an update to her  being off the grid.  I am here to do my best.

We both have been swamped this December, both professionally with projects, and personally due to the holidays.  As is such, she hasn’t been able to give Simple Map users the attention she feels they deserve.  To top matters off, for Christmas  Alison received an unexpected gift; a nasty, nasty head cold, which has kept her in bed and offline for sometime.  I’m here to say that she will be back in the fray January 4th, 2010 and doing her best to get caught up with all your requests.
