Minimalistic CRM for managing projects and small groups of employees (convenient as a personal organizer). Management – through a system of simple task cards. There is a full-fledged free version.

Trello is a web-based collaboration service that can help organize and manage projects using cards.

The main advantage of Trello is the ability to view several simultaneously running projects and their current status. For working with a group of developers or other executives working on projects with deadlines or goals, this system can give you an overview of project progress.

Trello’s main focus is on stacks of cards. Each pack shows the status of any project. For example, if you’re recruiting a team for a job, the first column will have cards with resumes, the second will have the candidates themselves for interviews, the third may have meetings, the fourth may have past events and meetings, and the fifth will show results as immediate candidates

The cards have many possibilities. They are for discussions, votes, uploading files and data. It is possible to set deadlines, assign text and color labels. To assign an executor to any task, you need to select it from the list of your work team in the card or simply drag the executor’s avatar to the task from the right.

It is important to note that all team members can see changes in real time and can monitor the status of individual performers – online or offline.

Trello is available both in a web interface and as an iPhone application. On the iPad, the web service works similarly to the desktop implementation. Use of all versions is currently free.
